Obama, with help from Clinton, is the nominee

Hillary Clinton propelled Barack Obama toward the Democratic nomination this afternoon, ending the roll call of delegate votes with a motion to the convention to accept her rival as the nominee.

Clinton, representing the state of New York at the roll call, said: "Let's declare together in one voice, right here, right now, that Barack Obama is our candidate, and he will be our candidate."

The motion passed.

So much for the main stream media lies about a big drama tonight.

Thank God that CSPAN and the DNC08 channels exist on cable and dish so we can actually see the convention.

I'm sick of the MSM pundits telling viewers WHAT TO THINK instead of letting viewers watch an make up their own minds.

It was pretty funny... I switched back and forth between CNN and FOX News, and noticed that after each DNC member spoke, Fox let their people talk smack about each person who spoke, while CNN pretty much recapped who said what and let it go. I mean, say you're all about, "We Report. You Decide" you want, but only a piece of trailer park Republican trash is actually going to believe that.

Yes, I must agree, Bill Clinton was great. I dearly miss him so much, my business thrived during the 90's. The last 8 years have been horrible, George W. Bush has caused 70% of my co-workers to lose their jobs. We even had to close our businesses down in several countries, and our bank accounts dried up. The worst part is that all the homes I owned in Afghanistan were taken by him and now I have to live in a cave. I hear that John McCain's wife likes a lot of homes, too, this could be tragic if he is elected. Please don't let another 4 years of this home stealing policy to continue.
Thank you, Democrats for all your support, I will be campaigning for you here in the cave. Your Friend Osama xoxo

Don't worry O. Bin Laden, I will make sure your home ownership will increase and your businesses will thrive once again. My plan is hope and change and change and hope. Please, O., have hope, I will change the current policy towards you and your people. I am a citizen of the world, a person with no country allegiance, just like you.

Well, Obama will sit down and talk to these people to resolve their conflicts with us. He will sit down with the Iranians and talk about their dispute with Israel. He will talk to Russia and make them feel like they are not threatened by our missiles.
He will have a smarter way of talking to these people and use his conflict resolution skills to make them find a way out of their hatred. Obama is the Oprah of the presidential race. We should be able to invite these misguided people to our couch to sit down and talk about their problems.

Say what you want. Rather Obama wins the election in Nov or not (and my HOPE is that YES WE CAN), he has already won so much!!! He has stood with his head held high against so much adversity and prevailed as the winner of the democratic nomination. He has conqured a feat that no one before him has ever done. He has broken barriers and knocked down walls and busted through glass ceilings that African Americans have never been able to break, knock down, or burst through before. He has succeeded in becoming the first black presidential nominee and history has been made rather you like it or not. I will not be voting for Obama in November because of that fact. I will be voting for him because i see him as being the change that we need in country. He brings new ideas, new tactics, and a new way of conducting business. I believe him, i trust his judgement, and i see how he has struggled to gain his rightful place in this world and believe that he will work just as hard to get this country in a favorable place. After hearing Biden speak last night I am even more convinced that this is the team to take into the next four years so that people can take it up a notch and this country can be better than it ever was!!! And if you're too blind too open your eyes and your minds to see that then i feel sorry for you and our country if the other candiadte wins......

"Obama, with help from Clinton, is the nominee" Yah, right!

If she had taken this to a full vote, it would have been humiliating!!! For Clintons and the media! There's your story. Clinton was sitting on roughly 7% of the delegates when the floor count was halted. There was still around 57% of delegation left to vote -- if it continued the way it had, this would have forever squashed the story of the legendary PUMA influence. HA, HA, HA. What happened to Hillary's count every vote? HA

That's what I'll be writing about on my blog
